I saw it the other day while interviewing the executive director - https://www.flickr.com/photos/rpayne/14105914684/ - it is arresting. I have a couple of older Patagonia surfboards that I have been thinking about turning into pieces of art. Would you be interested in something like this, and if so, how would we go about determining price?
Kate Hanrahan (b. 1985, Pennsylvania) is an artist and teacher living in New Orleans. She graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in Painting in 2007. She has shown her work nationally in cities such as Atlanta, Savannah, Boston, New York, and New Orleans, as well as internationally in Canada and France.
A mixed media artist working in painting, paper cut-outs, photography, installation, sculpture, and video, her work exists in a realm of magical realism while creating an emotive narrative woven in-between the layers of memory, loss, and time.
